How does your pricing work?
We give you one fixed price when you call, based on your vehicle, tyre and location. That price is confirmed before we set off, and it’s exactly what you pay — nothing is added on arrival, and there’s no extra charge for evenings, weekends or bank holidays.
I don’t know my tyre size — can you still help?
Yes. Simply provide your vehicle registration number when you call. We look up the correct tyre specification and bring the right tyre to you. No knowledge of tyre sizes is required on your part.
What if you don’t have my exact tyre in stock?
We carry a wide range of sizes and can source most tyres, including less common fitments, before they arrive. If your exact tyre isn’t available straight away, we’ll tell you upfront when you call rather than turning up without it.
Are you available at night and on weekends?
Yes. TyreLaunch operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our mobile tyre fitting service is available through the night and over weekends and bank holidays at no extra charge.
Can you repair a puncture, or is a replacement always needed?
If the puncture is located in the central tread area and the damage is within repairable limits under British Standard BSAU159, we repair it on-site. If repair is not safe or possible, a replacement tyre is fitted immediately.
Is mobile tyre fitting more expensive than a garage?
Our pricing is typically comparable to a high-street garage, and often works out less once you factor in recovery costs and time off the road. It includes free wheel balancing as standard, with one upfront fixed price agreed before we set off.
